Fluffy omelet is also known as Souffle eggs. Its is impressive dish to serve out for breakfast.
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- salt, according to taste
- pepper, according to taste
- fresh chopped chive,
Preparation for Fluffy Omelet ( Souffle Eggs )
- Crack 4 eggs, separate egg white, and yolks, and place it in two different places.
- Now take only 2 yolks and whisk until its pale yellow and keep it aside.
- Transfer the egg whites in large container or bowl, start whisking until its medium peak and triple in size.
- Now mix yolk into the egg whites, blend it together.
- Next, heat up the non-stick pan in medium flame, butter it well.
- Pour the egg mixture in the pan, spread it all over the pan.
- Close the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Then serve it a plate and sprinkle some chopped chive.
