How to make Fluffy Omelet

Fluffy omelet is quick and easy to prepare. It’s a protein-rich recipe, makes it perfect for breakfast, and it’s delicious in every form. It is very simple to prepare and hardly takes a few minutes.

Fluffy omelet is also known as Souffle eggs. Its is impressive dish to serve out for breakfast.


  • 4 large egg whites
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • salt, according to taste
  • pepper, according to taste
  • fresh chopped chive,

Preparation for Fluffy Omelet ( Souffle Eggs )

  1. Crack 4 eggs, separate egg white, and yolks, and place it in two different places.
  2. Now take only 2 yolks and whisk until its pale yellow and keep it aside.
  3. Transfer the egg whites in large container or bowl, start whisking until its medium peak and triple in size.
  4. Now mix yolk into the egg whites, blend it together.
  5. Next, heat up the non-stick pan in medium flame, butter it well.
  6. Pour the egg mixture in the pan, spread it all over the pan.
  7. Close the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Then serve it a plate and sprinkle some chopped chive.
  9. Enjoy your Fluffy Omelet ( Souffle Eggs ).
